The Ministry Lab’s Co-Lab Feedback Loops are cohorts in which leaders exchange ideas and resources to multiply and amplify one another’s positive ministries.
A positive feedback loop, biologically speaking, is when the end product of an action causes more of that action to occur. A negative feedback loop “reduces the stimulus of that process”. But just as too much negativity will stifle health and growth, too much of a “good thing” can pull an organism or ecosystem away from homeostasis, and the imbalance can lead to illness or death.
These monthly Co-Lab Feedback Loops are here to support, affirm, inspire and empower one another to enact creative, bold, experimental approaches to ministry. They are intended to be a safe space in which ministry leaders can share ideas, be affirmed, and sustain balance. Cohorts are developed around participants’ areas of ministry and/or interest.
Co-Lab Feedback Loops are free for Ministry Lab judicatory members. If you are not a member, but are interested in joining a Feedback Loop, contact Rev. Emily Meyer.
